Processing Time

Signing Instructions

When placing your order, please provide a valid delivery address and contact number where someone can receive the package.
Upon receipt, please inspect the package immediately: check that the outer packaging is intact, the items match your order details, and all documents are complete.
If the package seal is broken or damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery.
If you cannot sign in person, you may authorize another person to sign on your behalf, who should also inspect the package before signing.
The courier will deliver to the address provided. Anyone at the address (e.g., receptionist) may sign for the package; delivery to a specific individual is not guaranteed.

For security reasons, orders cannot be modified once confirmed. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct before submitting your order.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information will be held by the logistics provider for 5 days.

We will notify you by email. If we do not receive a reply within 5 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse and refunded.

Return & Refund Policy

If the items you receive are defective, you may apply for a full refund.
Return and refund methods and conditions are subject to the details stated on the product page and during the order process.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including all products, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents. If a physical invoice was included, it must also be returned. You may be required to sign relevant documents such as credit notes as required by applicable laws. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject your return or refund request.
You understand and agree that we may process necessary legal documents (including invoices and credit notes) on your behalf when processing refunds due to returns, order cancellations, or invalid contracts.
