Return & Exchange Policy
The Company offers the following return promise:
Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the actual customer receipt date) if:
- The product has quality issues.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The wrong item was delivered, or the product does not match the order, provided the item is unused and in resalable condition.
Exceptions to 7-Day Return Policy
The 7-day free return policy does not apply to the following cases:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products that have been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on).
- Products with visible wear on appearance, functional parts or accessories.
- Products whose original outer packaging is lost or severely damaged (excluding normal unboxing), affecting resale.
- Other products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, and you have confirmed such conditions at the time of purchase.
- Other situations where the product is not in new or resalable condition.
How to Apply for a Return
1. Return / Exchange for Personal Reasons
Within 7 days of receipt, you may submit a return request via email to our after-sales service center, provided the item is unused and in resalable condition.
Our customer service will review and respond within 1–3 working days.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
2. Return / Exchange for Quality Issues
Within 7 days of receipt, you may submit a return request via email to service@mail.vftcovz.com.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Company.
3. Refund Process
After returning the item within 7 days of receipt, please contact the courier directly to send the product back.
Once we receive the returned item, the courier will notify us accordingly.
The Company will process the refund within 15 working days.
